Since being founded by a group of physicians and HCA in 1972, North Florida Regional Medical Center has provided the community with high quality, cost-effective healthcare. Today, North Florida Regional is a 325-bed, full-service medical and surgical acute care referral center serving 14 counties and offering comprehensive heart care, cancer care, women's health, diabetes care and neuromusculoskeletal services. For eight years, North Florida Regional has been chosen as one of the Top 100 Hospitals in America according to an annual study of nearly 6,000 hospitals by Solucient.

North Florida Regional has more than 400 physicians on staff in 40 different specialties.
