Educational Assistance

Yearly educational assistance is available to NFRMC employees pursuing healthcare-specific undergraduate and/or graduate degrees that will enhance career growth within the healthcare field and develop internal skill and talent by increasing the level of education and academic achievement at NFRMC. Reimbursement is up to $2,500 each year.

In 2003, North Florida Regional Medical Center created a Nursing Tuition Assistance to assist those interested in becoming a Registered Nurse with financial needs while in school.  Interested students should complete a regular employment application (available on-line at our Career Center), show proof of acceptance in a nursing program of study, and complete an interview process.  Those chosen will receive up to $6,000.00 in return for a full time work committment to the hospital upon graduation.  Please contact Human Resources for more details.
