Educational Assistance

Educational reimbursement is available to full-time and part-time NFRMC employees with at least one year of service pursuing healthcare-specific undergraduate and/or graduate degrees that will enhance career growth within the healthcare field and develop internal skill and talent by increasing the level of education and academic achievement at NFRMC. Reimbursement is up to $5,250 each year (depending on years of service and employment status), and an employment commitment is required after completion of the program or degree.

North Florida Regional Medical Center's Nursing Tuition Assistance program assists those interested in becoming a Registered Nurse with financial needs while in school. Interested students should complete a regular employment application (available on-line at our Career Center), show proof of acceptance in a nursing program of study, and complete an interview process. Those chosen will receive up to $6,000 in return for a full time work commitment to the hospital upon graduation. Please contact Human Resources for more details.
