Take the Sleep Quiz

If you or a loved one snores regularly and has one or more of the following symptoms below, you may have undiagnosed Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA):

  • Pauses in breathing or snorting during sleep
  • Gasping or choking during sleep
  • Generally restless sleep
  • Excessive sleepiness or fatigue during the day
  • Large neck or crowding of the upper airway
  • Waking up with headaches
  • Frequent urination during the night
  • Poor memory or concentration
  • High blood pressure
  • Diabetes
  • Depression

If you checked any of the above, you should discuss your symptoms with your physician or a sleep specialist. Different treatment options exist and depend on the severity of your OSA and other aspects of the disorder. Talk to your doctor about your choices.
